How Custom Crochet Orders Work

About half of what we make never appears on the shop page. It is custom: a bag copied from a photo someone saved, a bouquet in a bride's exact colours, a toy that looks like a child's dog. Custom orders are our favourite work, and they are simpler than people think. Here is exactly how one goes.
Step 1: send us the idea
Send us a reference photo, a sketch, or just a description. Tell us what it is for and when you need it. If it is a wearable, send measurements; if it is a bag, tell us what it needs to carry.
Step 2: we quote
Within a day we reply with a price, a making time and yarn colour options (we send photos of the actual yarn). Pricing depends on three things: the amount of yarn, the hours of work, and any extras such as lining, wire stems or a terracotta pot. A simple keychain may be a few hundred rupees; a lined bag or a blanket is several thousand.
Step 3: confirm with an advance
An advance payment by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash books your slot. We start on custom pieces in the order they are confirmed, so booking early matters for Eid, wedding season and Valentine's week.
Step 4: progress photos
For larger pieces we send a photo part-way through so you can check the colours and shape. Small changes at this stage are free; a change of design after the piece is finished is a new order.
Step 5: finished photo and delivery
You get a photo of the finished piece before it is packed. We then courier it anywhere in Pakistan, usually arriving within two to four working days of dispatch, or you can collect in Karachi.
Typical timelines
- Keychains, roses, scrunchies: 1 to 3 days
- Bouquets, coasters, small bags: 5 to 7 days
- Lined bags, tops, hats: 7 to 10 days
- Blankets and bulk orders: 2 to 3 weeks
What we cannot do
We do not copy other crochet artists' original designs stitch for stitch; we will make our own version in the same spirit. We also cannot promise exact colour matches to a screen photo, which is why we send yarn photos first.
