Making time

Most pieces are made to order and take 5 to 10 days. Each product page shows its usual making time. We confirm the exact date by email.

Delivery

Delivery across Pakistan by courier, usually 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. Charges depend on city and parcel size and are confirmed before payment. Collection in Karachi is possible by arrangement.

Payment

Advance payment by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash confirms your order. We share a photo of your finished piece before dispatch.

Returns & exchanges

Because every piece is handmade to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or not as agreed, send a photo within 24 hours of delivery to 0324 3416894 or support@crochetbyhuda.store and we will repair or remake it.

Small variations

Handmade pieces vary slightly in size and stitch, and yarn colours can look different on screens. These are not defects; they are what makes each piece one of a kind.
