How do I place an order?
Add pieces to your bag, tap Checkout and fill in your details. Huda emails or calls you to confirm colours, size, delivery charges and the making time, then shares payment details. Advance payment by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash confirms your order.
How long does an order take?
Most pieces are made to order and take 5 to 10 days depending on the item and how many orders are ahead of you. Keychains and roses are usually ready within two days. Each product page shows its typical making time.
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes. Delivery across Pakistan by courier, usually 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. Delivery charges depend on the city and parcel size and are added to your total at confirmation.
Can I choose my own colours?
Yes, every piece can be made in your choice of colours. Send a reference photo or name the shades you want and we will send yarn options before we start.
Do you make custom designs?
We love custom work: a bag from a photo, a bouquet in wedding colours, a toy that looks like your pet, bulk keychains with name tags. See the Custom Orders page for how it works and what to send us.
How do I wash crochet items?
Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent, squeeze gently (never wring), and dry flat in the shade. Flowers and keychains only need a soft brush or a damp cloth. Our care guide has the full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, Easypaisa and JazzCash. We ask for advance payment to confirm made-to-order pieces, and send a photo of your finished piece before dispatch.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If something arrives damaged or not as agreed, send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we will fix or remake it.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes. Every order comes in simple cream tissue; gift wrapping with a handwritten card is available at a small extra charge. We can also ship directly to the recipient.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, for keychains, coasters, roses and small gift sets. Bulk orders need two to three weeks depending on quantity. Message us with the quantity and date for a quote.
