Custom order questions
How much does a custom piece cost?
It depends on yarn, hours and extras like lining or wire stems. Small pieces start around Rs 850; bags start around Rs 5,000 and blankets above Rs 12,000. You always get a fixed quote before paying.
How early should I order?
One to two weeks for most pieces, two to three weeks for blankets and bulk orders. Book early for Eid, Valentine's Day and wedding season.
Can you match exact colours?
We match as closely as yarn shades allow and send photos of the actual yarn before starting, because screens show colours differently.
