Terms & conditions

These terms apply to every order placed with Crochet by Huda, Chishti Block, 5 Chishti Chaman Rd, Old Clifton, Shah Rasool Colony, Karachi. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order through the website sends us a request. An order is confirmed only when we reply with the final price, making time and payment details, and the advance payment is received.

Prices

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and exclude delivery. Prices marked "From" depend on size, colours or extras and are fixed in our confirmation. We may change prices on the website at any time; a confirmed order keeps its confirmed price.

Payment

Advance payment by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash confirms your order. Made-to-order work starts after payment is received.

Making time and delivery

Making times shown on the site are estimates. Delivery across Pakistan by courier, usually 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. We are not responsible for courier delays, but we will help you trace a parcel.

Custom work

Custom pieces follow the details agreed in writing. Changes after work has started may change the price or date. We make our own version of a design and do not copy other makers' original patterns stitch for stitch.

Handmade variation

Every piece is made by hand, so small differences in size, stitch and colour from photos are normal and are not defects.

Returns

Our shipping and returns policy explains damaged-item claims. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on made-to-order pieces.

Cancellations

You may cancel before work starts for a full refund. After work starts, the advance covers materials and time already spent.
